Dear Friendly and Co,

When I think of a true Australian hero of our time—besides Albo—only one comes to mind:
Jordan Shanks and his team.

A Clearer Picture in a Cloud of Spin

You have done so much for so many by cutting through the smoke and mirrors and presenting the public with a more accurate picture of Australian politics. Like trickle-down economics—only real—your news has trickled down through friends and family. It’s helped us see through the lies and make better choices for our country, both through our vote and other means.

I myself have, on occasion, been taken in by the nonsense spread through mainstream media and social channels. And where I’ve been aberrant, you’ve presented me with a clearer, higher-resolution picture that dispels those aberrations.

Unique, Effective, and Brave

Your methods are unique. That gives others the chance to be critical. But they are nonetheless highly effective.

I truly believe you and your team have made a real difference in a political scene where it hasn’t seemed like you can. You’ve shown immense bravery in the face of dangerous opposition. In any other field, you’d be awarded an Australian of the Year medal for what you do.

You Make Me Proud to Be Australian

You make me proud of this country and where we are headed.
